Toppings: Red bell pepper, orange carrot, yellow corn, green avocado, blue corn chips, and purple cabbage.

- Those carrots need to be chopped finer. It looks difficult to eat like that. Besides that I wish I had one right now… 
- Is that cabbage pickled? If not, it should be. One of my favourite taco toppings. - In Baja it’s common for fish tacos to have raw cabbage. - I like it raw too, of course.
