I’m finally making the switch from Reddit. The Voyager app seems like a pretty seamless transition, but I’d love to hear any tips about using this platform, or what quirks distinguish it from Reddit as a whole.

I’ve been able to filter out certain words/phrases to help get rid of most of the political posts.
Happy to share if anyone is wanting
Sure, I’d like that lost if you don’t mind.
Under filters/blocks in the app I use (Boost) there’s a section for blocked words. This is the list I have, and find it does a pretty good job:
Brilliant. Setting up some filters has made browsing All so much better!
That’s actually pretty cool you can run filters like that
It really is, it makes things much more tolerable than Reddit with it constant stream of Trump related news
Burying ones head in the sand really is easiest
People don’t need to engage politically on every single platform they frequent. I’ve blocked a long list of political keywords, because 95% of the political content I see here is about a country I’m not from. Americans can scream at each other to their hearts’ content without my being obligated to participate or even observe.
Well, I didn’t say running those specific filters was cool or not, just the ability to.
That’s what I want. Thank you.
