If he told a NY State police officer they were fired it would have no effect. If he told an FBI agent they were fired they’re going to go pack up their desk. See the difference?
He can fire anyone who says he can’t.
He can’t fire NY State employees, or any state employees.
He can’t also do felonies and run a coup and get away with it after being founs guilty.
