That statement is more shitty and delusional if you smash someone in the head with a metal bat it causes autism, or on a related note, the devil is what causes people to seize (as in the seizure disorder).
I didn’t fully understood the joke, my only understanding of episilon comes epsilon-delta proofs… I forgot that epsilon in that context measures the certainty of the “Infinitesimal” displacement in x.
