That was fast. We might as well start doing the lettuce thing for any given live service game at this point.
The lettuce thing?
Ahh. That’s pretty funny.
I love that it has its own Wikipedia article
Let’s hope no single person worked on that thing for the full 8 years under development. Would be crushed.
Where did you find the info that it was 8 years under development? Wikipedia’s sources for the game page say that the studio behind Concord has only been around for ~6 years
“Team-based shooter eight years in the making had just 25,000 estimated sales.”
Jesus. Yeah, I too hope nobody was really excited about the game, that would be heart breaking :(
TWO WEEKS! I figured it had 6 to 9 months… but man… + refunds? This is a “sorry, we don’t know why we released this…”
well, that didn’t last long lol
Absolutely wild. Hope they refund everyone who bought this dumpster fire.
Oh damn! They are!
But that would cost them hundreds of dollars!
Hope they refund everyone who bought this dumpster fire.
It’s not like they owe a lot of money 😂
Given the extremely low player count in Steam, it was not too suprising.
I knew since that first reveal trailer
Live service, as in: you better watch it live or you’ll have missed it! 😅
I hope this encourages studios to make more single player games.
