I doubt they can do much with last-minute changes. It being opt-in is better, at least. our review units of the new Surface hardware are being delayed by a week or so, presumably so Microsoft can update them. GROAAAAAAAN. I just want to see proper benchmarks of Qualcomm’s new chips and they keep delaying it despite the laptops releasing later this month.
