True or not, this becomes moot when you sleep using a full face mask CPAP. It’s also nice, because it also protects against rank farts.
Unless there’s a spider inside the mask.
I would know pretty fast if there were.
Afaik this is a myth someone put on the internet to see how misinformation spreads.
