It’s over 1 million! Thanks for being a massive force keeping the fediverse moving!
Also yours and stamets memes are a large reason my wife and I started watching TNG for the first time to see what we were missing out on and we are binging the hell out of it and having an amazing time, cheers!
Omg, thanks! I noticed that it had hit a million recently, and I was thinking about writing up a post to commemorate it and maybe share some thoughts about my experience posting like a madman on the fediverse for 6-7 months so far. If I do, it’ll probably be on the c/fediverse community, unless anyone can think of a more fitting one.
I’m also surprised it’s still visible! My instance upgraded to 0.19 recently, which supposedly takes away the upvote count from your profile view. I was secretly hoping to make it to one million before the upgrade happened… Lol
(Edit: also glad to hear you got into TNG!)
You and a few others like stamets are unironically keeping Lemmy alive for me.
Thanks!
In before 2 Mil!!!
Hey, my wife and me, too! I’ve watched episodes here and there, but never consistent enough to really get into it. Starting from scratch now, though!
We have a similar sickness.
You are a Lemmy god. *reverently bows and offers beans and stroganoff
Hooray, stroganoff!
Look @[email protected] it’s you
And sorry. I don’t know how to do mentions on lemmy so someone feel free to mention them and educate my stupidity :)
Mentions are “@username@instance”. Like @[email protected]
Looks like it’s (at)username(at)instance. So for you it’d be @[email protected]. It doesn’t suggest or autofill the instance or anything so you gotta know their whole deal.
(well that links to the user in question anyway, I assume that also tells them there’s a mention)
Wouldn’t Dr Evil be the right meme to use here?
Um what season of TNG did you start with?
People who start shows anywhere but the first episode chronologically are responsible for obesity in children
The first 1.5 seasons of TNG are uhh unique.
That is a kind way to describe a dumpsterfire
Who cares about score?
