I’m conflicted on the matter. I’m genuinely upset that something digital gets revoked because of a reason that isn’t justifiable (like something leaking or being released too early). Even if you use the argument that music streaming isn’t ownership and it’s just a subscription, something about this feels wrong and like it will set a bad precedent for the future.
Are we going to get a new Sun City?
Ok…… you’re capitalists, got it.
You people are so miserable it’s honestly quite sad
Why assume that I’m miserable? Totally incorrect. Should I assume you think micro?
Who?
It’s a band. I can’t recall a song of theirs, but I recognize the name.
Misery Business is their most popular song.
I also quite like crushcrushcrush, Still Into You, and Ain’t it Fun.
C’est Comme Ça was also enjoyable, but their later albums are a huge departure from their earlier sound.
I actually love This Is Why more than any of their older stuff. It’s a more mature sound that shucks most of the pop-punk roots and is almost progressive.
I started relistening to This is Why after I made this comment. It’s much better than I remembered the first time I listened to it.
It still has parts that are similar to the old Paramore. Especially in Figure 8.
Also Still Into You was massive for a few years after It came out
Yeah. I think it became a TikTok edit song, so surged in popularity.
