Not just assault random people in bars. The man was much older than him, and McGregor, who I’ll remind you throws punches for a living, sucker punched him.
And it’s not like the man was being aggressive. He simply refused whiskey that McGregor offered him.
Somebody who punches a person in those circumstances cannot even be said to be civilized.
Small detail - it was a metal two-wheeled dolly. Much heavier than a chair, and a much higher likelihood of killing someone.

Barely, he just got humiliated here in Ireland. To run for president, you need to get a certain number of votes from local councils. He originally put out statements saying he had backing, easy. Lots of councils then came out stating that they wanted noting to do with him and denied any potential backing. Political parties also then came out and said that they’ve instructed their members not to go near him.
Lol, fucking rapist pos.
He never had a chance anyway.
