I have been spoiled for customisation by hyprland recently and have been looking at customizing my phone UI
All the custom launchers I’ve tried so far are rather lacking in customisability, features and are usually paywalled for “advanced” features like having more than one widget
At the moment I think I’m going to end up back on the default one
Check out Kustom Live Wallpaper, it isn’t a launcher but customization for the home screen can be had with some effort or no real effort.
i use the Evie launcher and i think its the best but i dont think it exists on playstore anymore, last time i tried it was a scam app copy

When I was going mad with customization I really liked adw 2 launcher. Give it a shot see if you like it.
I can’t, it doesn’t seem to support android 13
If you’re into minimalism, I quite like mLauncher from f-droid.
