- Resting Buck Face
 - “Look at my new necklace mom!” - What I’m loving about this book is there’s a page or so which is like “normal people think it’s weird that we can tell individual deer apart, but seriously believe us guys, they look totally different!” - Growing up in Montana, we had a herd of around 20 mule deer on the bottom fields. - With a little bit of time you can easily tell them apart. There is quite a bit of variation in their appearance; head shape, body size and shape, ears, coloration, etc. When the bucks start growing their antlers every one is different as well.
- What book is this? - Red Deer: Behavior and Ecology of Two Sexes by Clutton-Brock, Guinness and Albon. - Nice thanks!
